We strive to accommodate all dietary needs. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences before your arrival so that we can prepare suitable options.
If we are already in Santa Cruz, can we meet up with the group?
Yes, if you arrive in Santa Cruz (Baltra) on the same day as embarkation, we will send members of the Grand Majestic crew to pick you up and transfer you from the airport to the Grand Majestic. This service is included and has no cost. However, if you will be in Santa Cruz days before, we will coordinate a meeting time and point for embarkation.
What are the costs of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages?
All non-alcoholic drinks are unlimited and completely free (natural juices, sodas, water, etc.). All alcoholic drinks do have a cost; we can send you the liquor menu.
Can we bring a bottle of something we prefer to drink?
Yes, you can bring the bottle of your choice, but there is a corkage fee. The corkage fee for a bottle of wine is $10 USD, and for other types of alcohol, it is $20 USD.
Is Grand Majestic suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. The Grand Majestic is family-friendly and offers activities and services that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
What type of accommodation is offered onboard?

Are airport transfers included?
Yes, we offer transfers to and from the airport as part of our packages, ensuring a worry-free experience from your arrival to your departure.
